• Push listings directly to third-party eCommerce platforms including eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or custom platforms via API or integration.
• Store and manage listing history and content.
• You are responsible for verifying that the generated listings meet marketplace standards and are accurate.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree:

• To provide accurate, lawful, and non-infringing content.
• To comply with the terms of any third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Shopify).
• Not to use the Service for prohibited products or content, including counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

4. Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to connect your account with third-party platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Shopify). You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that you comply with those platforms’ terms and conditions.
• Managing your credentials and permissions for connected platforms.
• Monitoring and managing listings published via ConveyorSoftware.ai.

We are not liable for actions taken by those platforms, including account suspension, listing removal, or disputes.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, underlying AI models, and proprietary technology are owned by Conveyor Software or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from listing errors, third-party platform decisions, or service outages.
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the last 3 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conveyor Software from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your listings or content.
• Violations of third-party rights or platform policies.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Effective Date” or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
